Refund Policy

Roger Early Access is a $49/month subscription billed through Stripe. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard's billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't cut off access early, and we don't charge you again after the cancellation takes effect.

When we refund

We refund when the product doesn't work: Roger can't be reached, his lab can't be provisioned, or a fault on our side stops you using what you paid for and we can't fix it. Email [email protected] with your Discord account or workspace details and we'll sort it out.

When we don't

We don't offer routine or change-of-mind refunds, and we don't refund partial periods for a month already charged. The subscription is $49 and billed one month at a time, so cancelling is how you stop paying: it ends future charges and you keep access until the period you've paid for ends. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Billing problems

If a charge looks wrong, such as a duplicate or a charge after you canceled, email [email protected] and we'll look into it and correct it.
