Before you buy
How does Roger work with my live server?
Exactly as much as you give him, at one of three levels. Watch is the default: he reads your hosting panel and reports, and changes nothing. Ask means he prepares every change and waits for your approval. Run lets Roger carry out approved operations within the access you grant, and you review the log afterwards. Change the access level when you are ready, or revoke it in one click. At every level the connection uses a scoped credential, every action is logged, and Roger reads the actual result back from the server before reporting success.
What can Roger build today?
Roger can build Paper, Fabric, and vanilla servers in a private laboratory, test mods and plugins with their dependencies, boot the result, and return a working release with configurations, manifests, and files. Forge and NeoForge packs can be analysed and planned, but the laboratory does not boot them yet.
Can I connect an existing server?
Yes. Connect a supported Pterodactyl panel with a scoped credential, then choose Watch, Ask, or Run. Roger can inventory the server, establish a baseline, diagnose its current state, and operate it only within the access level you approve.
Can 20TPS launch a new server for me?
Roger can build and verify a supported server release in a private laboratory, deploy it to a connected provider, or give you the complete release to download. The laboratory is a temporary build-and-test environment, not hosting: 20TPS does not host your server, live or otherwise, so you keep the provider you choose.
What are the current limits?
Eight workspaces in total. One laboratory per workspace at 4 GB memory and 10 GB disk, stopped by default, asleep after 30 minutes idle and stopped at two hours of continuous running. Conversation has a shared daily cap. The laboratory builds Paper, Fabric and vanilla; heavy Forge and NeoForge packs are analysed and advised on rather than booted.
- Workspaces in Early Access
- 8 in total, enforced at checkout
- Laboratory
- One per workspace, 4 GB memory, 10 GB disk, 200% CPU
- Laboratory uptime
- Stopped by default, sleeps after 30 minutes idle, stops at 2 hours continuous
- Laboratory platforms
- Paper, Fabric and vanilla (not Forge or NeoForge yet)
- Conversation
- A shared daily cap across Early Access; Roger says so when it is reached
- Hosting
- Managed hosting is not included in Early Access today. Keep your existing provider or download the verified release
- Support
- Email, from the people who build it. No ticket queue, and no SLA
What access does Roger require?
A scoped credential for a supported Pterodactyl panel. Watch lets Roger read and report without making changes. Ask requires your approval before each change. Run authorises Roger to act within the access you grant. Every action is logged, verified against the server, and revocable from the dashboard.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal in your dashboard. You keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for and you are not charged again. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
What happens to my data?
It stays with your workspace, and which Discord a request came from is decided on our side, never by anything the model is told. Delete your workspace from the dashboard and your profile, evidence records, artifacts and activity are purged immediately and the laboratory is destroyed. If a workspace goes away without an explicit deletion, the same purge runs after 30 days.
